The journey began with Bahar’s desire to fill the gap in the GCC corporate and government organisation space where there is a lack of high quality, performance driven Learning providers. Uphuman was formed to fill this gap and is on a mission to to help organisations meet both their mandatory and aspirational Learning goals in the most efficient and cost effective approach.

The cofounders Bahar Selman and Elliott Cherneski have a combined almost 40 years global corporate experience. Include the key advisors Uphuman tops 90 years of global experiences. Bahar, has experience in learning leadership and coaching in Europe, Africa and Asia-GCC, had already led marketing strategies for top brands like Danone and Red Bull while Training and Coaching over 10,000 professionals in organizations like HSBC, GSK, and Amazon. Elliott, brought 25 years of expertise in Transformation Consulting, leading initiatives for Fortune 500 companies like HSBC and Lloyds Bank across the GCC, Asia, Europe, and the Americas
