The Journey of Uphuman

Uphuman was founded in 2021 with a mission to unlock the potential of organizations and professionals through transformational learning & development and pure Coaching. The journey began with Bahar’s desire to fill the gap in the GCC corporate and government organisation space where there is a lack of high quality, performance driven Learning providers. Uphuman was formed to fill this gap and is on a mission to to help organisations meet both their mandatory and aspirational Learning goals in the most efficient and cost effective approach.

 

The cofounders Bahar Selman and Elliott Cherneski have a combined almost 40 years global corporate experience. Include the key advisors Uphuman tops 90 years of global experiences. Bahar, has experience in learning leadership and coaching in Europe, Africa and Asia-GCC, had already led marketing strategies for top brands like Danone and Red Bull while Training and Coaching over 10,000 professionals in organizations like HSBC, GSK, and Amazon. Elliott, brought 25 years of expertise in Transformation Consulting, leading initiatives for Fortune 500 companies like HSBC and Lloyds Bank across the GCC, Asia, Europe, and the Americas

With over 13 years of global Learning Leadership, Master Coaching and Marketing Managerial experiences Bahar has worked with multinational companies such as Danone, Diageo, Red Bull, and Hayat. Bhar has lead marketing strategies for 10 global brands and as a certified CTI and International Coaching Federation Coach and Master Trainer, she has trained and coached teams in major organizations like HSBC, GSK, Amazon, and Aramco. My expertise includes Operational Effectiveness, Performance Mindset, Mindfulness, Transactional Analysis, and Leadership Development. Bahar has facilitated over 10,000 professionals through various platforms in numerous countries.

Elliott Cherneski: COO and Co-Founder: Lead Transformation Consultant

Seasoned Learning Professional and Transformation Professional with over 25 years of experience working across the GCC, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Elliott has led transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 companies such as HSBC, Nomura Markets, TUI Travel, Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Bank and more. suite of expertise includes mentoring and training teams, structuring project governance, and managing global deliveries
